7. Remote & Onsite Services
Certain services require secure remote access to your device. By requesting remote support, you authorize Ovron Inc. technicians to access your device solely for diagnosing and resolving the reported issue.
For onsite services, customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location.
Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to emergencies, weather conditions, technician availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Scheduling
Appointment times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are expected to be available during scheduled appointments. Missed appointments or failure to cooperate may require rescheduling.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Ovron Inc.’s Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
- Refund requests must generally be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the service date.
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the work completed.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted before work has started.
- Services that have been fully completed are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law.
10. Privacy & Data Backup
Ovron Inc. values your privacy and takes commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information.
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all important files, documents, emails, photos, software, and other data before any service begins.
Although we make every reasonable effort to protect your information, Ovron Inc. cannot guarantee against data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

11. Warranty Disclaimer
Ovron Inc. provides professional technical support using commercially reasonable efforts and industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee that every technical issue can be diagnosed, repaired, or permanently resolved.
All services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All trademarks, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Intellectual Property
